Our Leadership

Michael T. Muhm - Founder & President

Recognition Products of the Southwest (RPSW) was founded by Michael T. Muhm in 2002 to provide colleges, universities, health care providers and municipalities with high quality recognition products and outstanding service.

He felt too often recognition companies were simply “order takers”; just looking to sell what was easy to customers who really didn’t know what they wanted. Muhm, however, believes that if you listen to your customer, educate them and make them part of the recognition buying process it will be a win-win for everyone. Customers will be able to get what they really need and want, their organization will be enhanced and their presence increased, they will attract more donors and other constituent to their cause, those same donors and constituents will have a stronger commitment towards the organization and finally, RPSW will make a customer for life. Basic business principals being applied every day.
